Law firm Digital Associates Ltd (“Digital Associates”) has strengthened its FinTech, M&A and Private Equity practice with the arrival of Indranee Vandana Dursun as a corporate Partner in its Mauritius office.

With more than 12 years’ experience at the Paris Bar, Vandana specializes in corporate and FinTech law and focuses primarily on M&A and private equity (LBO, LMBO, venture capital). She advises local and multinational clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions and regularly represents commercial and industrial companies, private equity funds, management teams and private individuals.

Vandana previously worked in Paris in the international law firms of Reed Smith LLP, Stephenson Harwood AARPI, and De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
