Law firm Digital Associates Ltd (“Digital Associates”) has strengthened its FinTech, M&A and Private Equity practice with the arrival of Indranee Vandana Dursun as a corporate Partner in its Mauritius office.
With more than 12 years’ experience at the Paris Bar, Vandana specializes in corporate and FinTech law and focuses primarily on M&A and private equity (LBO, LMBO, venture capital). She advises local and multinational clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions and regularly represents commercial and industrial companies, private equity funds, management teams and private individuals.
Vandana has a keen interest in FinTech law, served on the international FinTech Committee at Stephenson Harwood in Paris and co-published an article entitled “Initial Coin Offerings and Regulation – A Review of Significant Jurisdictions” (https://www.shlegal.com/docs/default-source/news-insights-documents/02-18-stephenson-harwood-initial-coin-offerings-and-regulation.pdf?sfvrsn=2a5f105b_0).
Vandana previously worked in Paris in the international law firms of Reed Smith LLP, Stephenson Harwood AARPI, and De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
